What you can expect As Junior Creative Producer & Photographer (f/m/d) at Kess Berlin , you will support the planning and execution of our photo and video productions and ensure that everything behind the scenes is organized, clearly communicated and ready on time. You will work closely with the Team Lead Creative and Senior Producer, independently taking ownership of defined production tasks and coordinating products, models, freelancers, props, equipment and production timings. Alongside your production responsibilities, you will contribute your own photography and video skills to selected e-commerce and in-house shoots and gradually take ownership of smaller productions from preparation through to delivery. Your responsibilities include: Support the planning and organisation of photo, video, e-commerce and campaign productions, while independently managing clearly defined areas of responsibility. Coordinate products, samples, props, equipment, catering, transport, schedules and other practical production requirements, using clear checklists and flagging risks early. Prepare call sheets, schedules, contact lists and production materials, and communicate with model agencies, freelancers, suppliers and other external partners regarding bookings, timings and deadlines. Create detailed freelancer briefs, manage agreed deliverables and consolidate feedback in alignment with the Senior Producer or Team Lead Creative. Support casting, model bookings, fittings, releases and other relevant production documentation. Provide hands-on support on set, including product preparation, styling assistance, set organisation, timing, team coordination and quick production changes. Photograph selected e-commerce, product and smaller in-house shoots, support video capture where required and assist with image selection, retouching and post-production coordination. Support or independently deliver smaller productions based on an approved creative and production brief, including organised file handovers and final delivery. What we expect from you Must-haves One to three years of experience in creative production, photography, studio production or a comparable creative role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to independently manage defined tasks from preparation through to completion. Experience coordinating schedules, products, people, freelancers and equipment, with clear and professional communication. A good understanding of photo and video production workflows, combined with practical photography skills and confidence supporting selected e-commerce or in-house shoots. Knowledge of post-production workflows, image selection and retouching, ideally including Adobe Photoshop and Capture One. The ability to create detailed briefs and communicate expectations, timings and feedback clearly. A proactive, reliable and solution-oriented approach, with close attention to practical detail and confidence adapting to changing priorities. Fluent English is required; German is an advantage. Nice-to-haves Experience in beauty, fashion, e-commerce or lifestyle production. Experience photographing beauty, product or e-commerce content. Video-editing or advanced retouching skills. Experience with styling, set assistance or studio equipment. Initial experience independently managing smaller productions.
