(Junior) CRM Specialist (Internal Opportunity Only)

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to help us engage customers, design smart retention campaigns, and shape how our customers connect with our product. What You’ll Do: Еxecute, and monitor retention and engagement campaigns. Segment customer databases for targeted communication. Create templates for email, push notifications, SMS, and Telegram. Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and follow KPIs. Maintain and monitor the tools for smooth and engaging user experience. Ensure CRM system accuracy and manage daily operations. Create campaign content and design assets for marketing communicatiоns. Identify customer behavior trends and recommend optimizations. Perform QA checks on all marketing communications for consistency and accuracy. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 6 months spent in the company. Strong analytical and data skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-оriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment. Willingness to learn and grow in the industry. Experience with email marketing tools, push/SMS platforms, and customer segmentation is an advantage. Nice To Have: Content creation and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
