Junior CRO specialist (gn)

Drive data-informed growth and customer experience optimization! Learn conversion rate optimization while designing and running real A/B tests that impact subscription growth for one of Europe's leading EdTech platforms – 2 Mio users, real experiments, measurable results. We're looking for a Junior CRO Specialist (gn) to join our Product Growth Team. In this role, you'll develop core CRO skills by designing and running smart A/B tests alongside experienced mentors. You'll work on hypothesis development, rapid prototyping, and translating data insights into testable ideas. This is your opportunity to learn the full testing workflow while contributing to real business growth. 📍 100% remote (EMEA) | ⏳ 32-40h/week Your Tasks: Form hypotheses and design experiments – from data observation to test hypothesis to test launch. Create sketches and rapid prototypes to visualize test concepts before handoff to engineering. Develop the data-to-hypothesis-to-test flow – build the skill of identifying signals in data and turning them into testing opportunities. Collaborate with design, engineering, and analysts to translate testing concepts into implementation. Document and present experiment results with support from the team, developing your ability to communicate findings clearly. Maintain a clear pipeline of experiments based on impact, effort, and learning value. What you bring to the table: Exposure to A/B testing , user research, or analytics in any capacity. 1–2 years of experience in growth , product, UX, or data-adjacent roles. Ability to think in hypotheses – not just "what if" but "why would this work?". Strong curiosity about user behavior and a desire to learn conversion optimization. Comfort with data and ability to interpret it and familiarity with GA4 or Amplitude (or willingness to learn quickly). Ability to produce sketches or simple wireframes (Figma, pencil & paper, Figma basics – no advanced design needed). Fluent in English .
