Junior Customer Support Specialist with Arabic and English

Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service Building positive relationships with customers Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Providing explanations regarding customer complaints (written and by phone) Working with the CRM system (verification and completing client data) Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments Translating information from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English Requirements Higher education (completed or ongoing – 4th or 5th year) Background or experience in economics or financial services is a plus Previous experience in a customer service role desirable Arabic language – very good spoken and written English language – proficiency level Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize, and close tasks quickly Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business is an advantage What we offer Full‑time employment agreement Great learning opportunity in cooperation with multinational units of the company All tools and training required to be successful Work in an internationally known company with a well‑recognized brand Young, professional, dynamic team and multinational environment
