Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

Location: Remote (Costa Rica)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing data, creating actionable insights, and developing Power BI dashboards and DAX reports that help stakeholders track business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.

• Generate insights and recommendations based on data trends and business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and deliver analytical solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI Dashboard Development and DAX Reporting.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization best practices.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling.

• Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms is a plus.
