THE ROLE INVOLVES: Our teams' main goal is to drive innovation, and the Junior Delivery Manager contributes to achieving this by supporting the successful delivery of projects for one or more Levi9 customers. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Delivery Managers, development teams, and customer stakeholders to help coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication across all parties involved. You will gain hands-on experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile ways of working, and team coordination while gradually taking ownership of delivery-related activities and helping teams achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and helping teams achieve their objectives. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and key delivery metrics while supporting reporting and decision-making processes. Contribute to operational, planning, and project administration activities that ensure effective and transparent service delivery. Collaborate with Delivery Managers, team leads, and department managers to support project staffing, team coordination, and delivery planning. Continuously learn and develop Delivery Management competencies, Agile practices, and modern delivery approaches, including AI-enabled tools and processes.
