PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our customer is a world-leading provider of transport solutions, driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system and creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society, and the environment. The product-related services that we are working on allow the end customers to streamline their transport operations. You’ll be part of teams with talented, customer-focused people who also have a consultant mindset. THE ROLE INVOLVES: Provide transparency on planning, organizing, leading, and motivating teams to achieve objectives and safeguard effective service delivery. Act as a Scrum Master. Manage issues and risks. Support development of new proposals and opportunities. Overcome communication gaps between business requirements and technical specification. Report on key project metrics to stakeholders. Maintains and reports team performance metrics. Manage operational/administrative tasks. Build and maintain customer relationships. Ensure the required quality of service regarding the agreed contracts. Manage different project types (time and material, fixed price) and setups (team as a service, distributed teams) in an Agile environment. Create and execute project plans, monitoring project progress and taking proactive and corrective measures. Collaborate with department managers for project staffing. Adapt and contribute to the DM Communities on AI changes. Proactively communicate internally and externally to inform key business users and management of activities that have implications for the effectiveness of running the business. TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND: 3+ years IT project management or IT related experience (software development projects). Knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of task tracking systems (ex. Jira/Azure DevOps) and collaboration tools (ex. Confluence). Understanding of software development life cycle and standard processes. Well-developed ability to understand customer requirements and needs. Understands roadmap and main goals of the teams. Able to build and develop healthy relationships with customers. Understands main business goals of the customer and impact of his work. Ability to understand the business value of service requests and prioritize them accordingly. Skilled in using AI-driven project management tools. Understanding of data privacy and AI Ethics. Knowledge in leading cross-functional teams within a formalized methodology or framework. MS Office package proficiency. SOFT SKILLS: Excellent communication skills in English. Good planning and time management skills. Good presentation and analytical skills. Good negotiation skills. Ability to safeguard teams and projects. Good customer and team orientation. Proactive, result-driven, problem solver. Able to easily adapt to new contexts and changes. NICE TO HAVE: PSM I is a plus. Knowledge of Prince 2/ ITIL/ ASL. University degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent technology degree.
