We're looking for a Junior Digital Strategist to support one of our key client accounts—a well-known QSR brand—as well as contribute to Diamond’s broader roster of clients. If you thrive on engaging online communities, understanding social platforms & trends and what drives user action on digital channels, you'll fit right in with our dynamic team.
The role involves working closely with our Digital and Creative teams to keep an eye on social chatter, respond to customer inquiries, spot trends in content and audience behavior, build strategies to effectively communicate on social and digital channels, and help with analytics reports.
What we expect:
You should have experience managing social media communities for various brands on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok, and be familiar with different industry standards, tones, and platform requirements.
Skills in identifying strategic sparks for content ideation, trend spotting, and analytical reporting.
You’ll oversee our client's social media presence and develop strategic briefs for content across different platforms.
Eagerness to move at the speed of social media in identifying trends, engaging with customers, and providing guidance to creative teams to ensure that content is social-first and meets platform best practices.
Responsibilities:
Engage and charm our community, keeping followers engaged.
Handle community management responses to comments and messages according to guidelines.
Analyze social media data to refine our strategies.
Stay updated on trending topics and share insights with the team.
Track significant social interactions and cultural events relevant to our client.
Help plan and schedule content, ensuring everything is tagged and posted correctly using both tools and native upload capabilities for content publishing.
Contribute to our content calendar and quarterly reports based on the latest social trends and best practices.
Support with the development of quarterly measurement reports, learning how to identify insights that guide ongoing content optimization.
Support developing social and digital strategies that guide how campaigns come to life across the digital ecosystem.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in community management, social media strategy, content creation, and/or account management.
A keen sense for social media trends and effective strategies.
Proficient with social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent multitasking and collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
