Remote work offering - 20% (80% onsite presence required, limited hybrid flexibility)

Project focus

Our client is delivering a large-scale high voltage substation EPC project and needs a junior document controller to support the project team with documentation management, reporting, and consolidating information across multiple stakeholders and disciplines. The role plays a key part in keeping project records accurate and supporting project controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Key skills and Experience required

• Junior professional with an engineering, technical, or similar background
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, comfortable managing large volumes of project information
• Confident coordinating information across a multidisciplinary project team, with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and/or Forma preferred
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD highly desirable
• Previous exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial projects is advantageous
