Preferred locations: Hungary, Serbia, Türkiye

Travel: Occasional visits to Oximio warehouse locations

At Oximio, we help accelerate clinical research by delivering reliable clinical trial logistics solutions across the globe.

We are looking for a Junior ERP System Administrator to join our ERP team and support the maintenance, administration and technical support of our Priority ERP platform (WOX).

Reporting to the ERP System Manager, you will:

  • Support warehouse and operational users with ERP-related questions and issues.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and access rights.
  • Configure and maintain system forms, menus, fields and user settings.
  • Monitor system tasks, background processes and integration queues, helping resolve errors and failed processes.
  • Investigate ERP/WMS issues, identify root causes and support practical solutions.
  • Maintain system parameters, workflows, warehouse locations and other operational settings.
  • Support ERP testing, updates, patches and new warehouse implementations.
  • Assist with warehouse-related hardware and integrations, including scanners, handheld terminals, printers and label printing.
  • Work with ERP, IT, Warehouse Operations, Quality and project teams to resolve system and process-related issues.
  • Maintain system documentation and support change control and QMS requirements.
  • Gradually take on more independent ERP administration responsibilities as your knowledge develops.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field, completed or in progress.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, ERP/WMS administration or a related technical role.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM or other business software.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing or an operational environment.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good general IT literacy and confidence working with complex systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Good working knowledge of English.
