Junior Executive Events, Experiential & Community (Freelance) Role Overview This role is a Freelance contract starting ASAP till December. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Executive to support the Events, Experiential & Community team across two key client programmes: the Emirates Dubai 7s University Programme and e.l.f. Cosmetics activations . The role combines community engagement, university outreach, event coordination and operational logistics . The successful candidate will take day-to-day ownership of university relationships for Emirates Dubai 7s while also managing e.l.f. product stock, inventory, allocation and deliveries across activations. Key Responsibilities Emirates Dubai 7s – University Programme Manage day-to-day coordination and communication with universities across the UAE. Build and maintain relationships with university contacts, student councils, societies and ambassadors. Coordinate university activations, competitions, promotional opportunities and student engagement initiatives. Support recruitment and management of the University Ambassador Programme , keeping ambassadors engaged and accountable. Maintain an accurate outreach tracker covering contacts, conversations, participation and outcomes. Coordinate ticketing and promotional initiatives aimed at driving student participation and attendance. Support on-ground delivery of university events and activations. Work closely with the wider Events, Community, Social and Client teams to ensure university activity is delivered on time. Prepare regular programme updates, reports and status trackers. e.l.f. Cosmetics – Stock & Activation Operations Take ownership of the e.l.f. stock inventory tracker , ensuring all products and activation materials are accurately recorded. Track stock received, allocated, dispatched, returned and remaining after each activation. Coordinate product packing, collections and deliveries to activation venues and suppliers. Ensure the correct quantities of products are delivered to the right location and on time. Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile these against inventory records. Flag low stock, discrepancies, damaged products or upcoming requirements to the project lead. Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, venues and internal teams on delivery schedules. Support activation preparation and on-ground logistics where required. Maintain clear records and documentation for all stock movement.
