THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to payroll, treasury, accounting, budgeting, and financial planning across multiple jurisdictions. You will not only support day-to-day financial operations, but also gain visibility into the company’s budget, cost control strategy, and financial decision-making processes. This is a great opportunity to understand how finance directly supports business growth. Location : Barcelona (onsite). Duration : 6-month contract with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs. Hours : 30-40 per week. WHAT YOU'LL DO Treasury & Payroll Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly payroll execution (Spain & France). Ensure timely payment of taxes and social security contributions. Manage supplier payments, credit lines, and operational disbursements. Accounting & Financial Operations Coordinate with external accountants to supervise general ledger reconciliation. Collect and validate cost documentation for accurate processing. Manage client invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances. Budgeting, Cost Control & Financial Analysis Support monitoring of the company budget and cost controlling initiatives. Assist in tracking financial performance versus budget. Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and dashboards. Support the development of financial models for planning and decision-making. Administration & Process Improvement Ensure compliant contract and document management. Support operational efficiency initiatives and ad-hoc finance projects. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or higher). Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Experience with Holded or similar ERP systems is a plus. Important note: You must currently be pursuing a degree or have recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
