- Payment Support: Assisting the team in scheduling, preparing, and executing payment runs through the corporate banking system.
- Data Entry: Ensuring all invoice and payment data is accurately and timely posted to the accounting system.
- Project Support: Assisting with month-end close preparation, data clean-up, and special process improvement projects.
- Audit: Participating in internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation, gathering supporting evidence, and responding to auditor requests related to OPEX and payables.
What you should have:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Attitude: A strong, demonstrable motivation to learn, a high degree of curiosity, and a positive, can-do approach.
- Technical Skills: Good command of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with any accounting software (e.g., Netsuite) is a plus, but not required—we will train you!
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on accuracy and precision in data handling.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
