Junior Finance Specialist

You will:

• Participate in the managerial month-end closing of group financials;
• Enter financial data in the internal management accounting system;
• Check employees' timesheets and communicate with colleagues to ensure submission;
• Prepare and control the distribution of company expenses/payments/invoices on projects and in general;
• Support colleagues on finance and management accounting issues across the group;
• Coordinate with our international teams to harmonize how we account expenses and manage reporting, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting policies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
• 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accountancy, Audit, or Finance Controlling;
• Good MS Excel and Google Sheets skills;
• Analytical mindset;
• High level of attention to detail and responsible attitude to work;
• At least B1 English level and fluency in Ukrainian.

The final monthly salary for this position depends on your previous experience and assessment during the interview process.

For the Finance Support Specialist position in Ukraine, it is 950-1100 EUR CTC (cost to company, before tax deduction).
