Junior Link Building & Outreach Specialist

Growth Kitchen is a growth & link-building agency from Ukraine. We're scaling a portfolio of fast-growing AI/SaaS products across international markets. We're expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a confident Junior/Middle Link Building & Outreach Specialist who's ready to take ownership from day one and grow with us as our projects scale.

This role is a great fit for someone proactive who wants to go beyond basic outreach — generate ideas, find high-quality opportunities, build real relationships with site owners, and own their link-building results.

What we're looking for

• We currently hire only Ukrainians, as all internal communication is conducted in Ukrainian‼️‼️
• 1+ years of experience in link-building
• Practical understanding of various link-building methods: outreach, guest posting, directories
• Experience with white-niche promoting regional pages (US, UK, CA, AU, etc.)
• Written English from B1 level; clear communication with international partners
• A genuine interest in SEO, link building, and digital marketing
• Ability to assess link quality, not just chase quantity
• Willingness to learn fast and grow as we scale
• Basic understanding of how AI can help your work — prospecting, competitor research, personalized outreach, and reporting
• Awareness of AI's limits — you always check its output before you send or publish

What you'll do

• Find relevant websites, blogs, media, and partnership opportunities for our projects
• Run outreach campaigns — cold email, guest posts, link insertions, niche edits — across LinkedIn, Slack, email, and other channels
• Build and maintain relationships with site owners, editors, and fellow marketers
• Analyze competitors' backlinks and spot new link acquisition opportunities
• Assess link quality using key SEO metrics (Domain Rating, referring domains, organic traffic, topical relevance)
• Work closely with our SEO and content teams and brief writers on linkable content
• Track your campaigns, report on results, and keep improving

Tools you'll work with

Ahrefs, Google Sheets/Docs, Hunter.io, Notion, Slack, and outreach tools. Don't have experience with all of them? No problem — we'll get you up to speed.
