Our flagship innovation, Adam’s Hand, is the world’s first fully adaptive bionic hand. We specialize in developing advanced robotic systems that merge precision mechatronics, advanced electronics, sophisticated embedded software and bio-inspired control algorithms, focusing on creating intuitive, user-centric human-robot interfaces with seamless embodiment and natural dexterity.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Controller to support and develop the group’s management control system (parent company + subsidiary), contributing to data quality and the evolution of reporting tools. You will work alongside the team in management reporting activities, performance monitoring, and the optimization of ERP and corporate management processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management Control: Support monthly/quarterly closes (parent company and subsidiary), assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (actual vs. budget), maintain KPI dashboards, and support investor and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Data Governance & Setup: Assist in maintaining a centralized financial/operational database and support management accounting structures (cost centers, project tracking, allocation drivers).
  • ERP, Software & Business Intelligence: Build and configure NetSuite ERP reports, automate finance processes, support EPM/BI tool rollouts, and collaborate with IT and business owners on system enhancements.
  • Grant Reporting: Support financial reporting and compliance for regional, national, and international grants.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3–4 years of experience in management control (preferably within structured corporate environments or consulting/audit firms).
  • Solid understanding of management accounting and OIC/IFRS accounting standards; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with EPM and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience or strong aptitude in implementing, configuring, and setting up ERP systems and digital tools for Finance or cross-departmental processes is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and detail orientation; proactive, autonomous, and result-oriented with excellent organizational and deadline-management skills; strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Contract Type: Apprenticeship, Permanent Contract or Fixed-Term Contract, depending on the candidate's seniority.
  • Salary range: 25.000€ - 32.000€ (including basic, variable and other benefits).
  • Growth & Wellbeing: Corporate welfare plan, continuous learning, and clear career development pathways.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and smart working options.
  • Environment: A dynamic, international, and innovation-driven workplace.

This position is open to all individuals regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006. We reject all forms of discrimination and are deeply committed to equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion.

In compliance with current legislation, candidates are requested to grant consent for the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR).
