Your New Role… As the FP&A CoE Junior Analyst you will support various functional COE teams which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the transformation roadmap and setting standards for FP&A processes. You will be responsible for supporting Regional CFO & Regional Finance teams with providing high-quality data, models’ update and various analysis, support forecasting and month end close process within various P&L lines. Prepare variance analysis to explain actual and forecasted performance of managed markets/regions vs prior year/plan/prior forecast. Participate in assigned meetings such as, but not limited to: Monthly Forecast closing / Actuals vs. Forecast Review / Cash Flow. Maintain helpful productive relationships with key contacts in regional Finance team to encourage the flow of information and share knowledge. Support development of systems, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient and accurate analysis. Seek for constant process and routines improvements in the duties and task under its scope. Qualifications & Experience… 2+ years’ experience in Finance function in FP&A department. Diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, modelling, and strong analytical skills Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as well as strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment. Intermediate proficiency level in Excel and other financial data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to build confidence and trust based long term relationships with department members and external business partners. Experience working accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under strict deadlines. Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment. Strong organizational skills, very detailed oriented, and deadline driven. Experience in Entertainment industry is a plus. Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
