Junior Fraud Analyst (Part time) About The Role: At Enfuce, fraud prevention is about protecting our customers and financial assets while maintaining trust in our services. As a Junior Fraud Analyst, you'll join our Transaction Monitoring team and work hands-on with the daily monitoring and handling of potential fraud cases. This is a part-time position of approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with a particular focus on evening and weekend shifts. There are no night shifts. You don't need previous fraud monitoring experience to join. You'll receive training and support from the team to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become confident working independently. The role is based in Finland. While we offer remote working, you'll need to attend the office during your initial training period before moving into the team's normal working model. For someone interested in building a career in fraud prevention or financial services, this is a great entry point with the opportunity to develop towards more advanced Fraud Analyst responsibilities over time. What You'll Be Doing: Monitor and investigate daily fraud alerts using our transaction monitoring tools. Review transactions and identify potentially suspicious or fraudulent activity. Take appropriate operational action based on fraud alerts and established processes. Conduct Common Purchase Point analysis to help identify fraud patterns. Handle compromised account and card-related tasks to help mitigate fraud risk and protect cardholders. Document cases accurately and ensure fraud-related operational tasks are completed on time. Communicate clearly with customers when potential fraudulent activity is identified. Escalate complex or unusual cases appropriately and work with experienced team members to reach the right outcome. Learn about evolving fraud patterns, tools and fraud prevention practices. Work agreed evening and weekend shifts as part of the team's Monday to Sunday coverage model. What You'll Bring: A willingness to learn and develop within fraud prevention and financial services. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Previous customer service experience, for example within retail or a contact centre, would be valuable. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make careful decisions when reviewing transactions and fraud alerts. Reliability and the ability to stay composed when handling unexpected or time-sensitive situations. A proactive, curious and positive approach to your work. Confidence learning and using new systems and tools. Basic analytical skills and an interest in identifying patterns and understanding transaction data. Strong teamwork skills and the confidence to ask for support or escalate when needed. Flexibility and willingness to work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, including agreed evening and weekend shifts. Previous experience in fraud monitoring, payments, banking or financial services would be an advantage, but is not required. You must be based in Finland and able to attend the office during the initial training period. Why You’ll Love Working At Enfuce: High autonomy & ownership: We give you the freedom to own your work and trust you to make the best decisions for your projects. Top-tier talent: Join a team of industry experts and highly skilled professionals who are as passionate as you are about innovation. Unlimited growth potential: We support your ambition with plenty of room for personal and professional growth within the company. Flexible, remote work: Work from anywhere up to 30 days, in an environment that values flexibility and work-life balance. A supportive culture: You’ll be part of a team that encourages, motivates, and celebrates success together. Comprehensive benefits package: We take care of our people with great benefits to match the value you bring. Benefits & Perks Fair pay and employee stock option: We value the input of every employee and want you to tap into the growth we build together. That’s why our salaries are competitive and reassessed regularly, and you have access to an employee stock option program. Flexible Paid Time Off: We offer a flexible paid time off policy, providing up to 5 weeks of annual vacation days and paid family leave, subject to country regulations. Additionally, you can benefit from hybrid or remote work options, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Regular Fun With Your Team: To spend other than work-related time with your teammates, you get a team activity budget for three quarters a year. The fourth quarter is reserved for a company-wide event. Individual Learning Budget: You’ll receive a yearly learning budget to use towards courses and other relevant development opportunities. Healthcare, Mobile Phone and More: Depending on location, additional benefits can include healthcare, pension, phone support, lunch, wellbeing and insurance benefits.
