Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to help produce design assets for events across digital and print channels. This is a remote role suited to someone early in their design career who is keen to build experience, develop their skills, and work closely with more senior team members.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, who takes pride in the standard of their work, and can carefully follow the process for multiple tasks while aligning with brand look and feel. The remote nature of the role provides flexibility, while keeping you closely connected to a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating websites, social media, emails, presentations, videos and signage for events
• Work with established templates in Canva, HubSpot, InDesign and Illustrator
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all branding
• Manage large numbers of assets using structured workflows to meet deadlines in a remote working environment
• Liaise with internal teams and clients in a professional manner

Requirements

• Formal graphic design qualification or training
• 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design role or freelance capacity
• A good understanding of design principles including layouts, visual hierarchy, typography and colour
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and take constructive feedback
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team
• Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot (or similar web platforms)
• Advanced skills in Canva, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• An understanding of print specifications, pre-press and file formats
• Experience handling long-form copy for reports, etc.
• Previous experience in events, marketing, or agency/studio settings
• Interest in marketing, events, or digital content
