The Role We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our Perth-based team, reporting to the HR Manager. This role is designed as a genuine development pathway. You'll build HR skills, business knowledge, and confidence needed to grow into a fully independent HR Business Partner over time, with hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle. What You'll Do Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and screening through to offer letters and onboarding Provide first-line advice to line managers on HR policies, processes, and modern award interpretation Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new starters and departing employees Support delivery of the performance management cycle, tracking completion and assisting managers with process queries Maintain accurate HR records in BambooHR and support reporting requirements Build visible, trusted working relationships with line managers across the business Contribute to HR projects and Centre of Excellence initiatives What You'll Bring Prior experience in an HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or Recruitment role Working knowledge of Australian employment practices, including the Fair Work Act and modern awards (particularly the Professional Employees Award) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a lean, fast-moving team Why Draslovka A structured runway to grow from generalist HR support into a fully-fledged HR Business Partner Broad exposure across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance from day one Autonomy to make the role your own as your confidence and capability build A close-knit team where your contribution is visible and valued Join us in building your HR career with real growth on the table.
