Reporting directly to the HR Director, you are the operational backbone of the HR team across the Paris, Annecy, and Barcelona studios. You own the employee experience from day one to last day, keep the HR tools and records accurate, and make the workplace a great place to be. Hands-on role, real ownership, direct exposure to every part of HR. Your future responsibilities and scope: Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end across France, Spain, and remote, working closely with the People & Talent Partners Support performance review processes and keep related tools and records up to date Keep HR records, tools, and benefits administration accurate and up to date Handle day-to-day employee requests, escalating where judgment or policy interpretation is needed Coordinate with schools and universities and represent Madbox at hiring events Own office management: from day-to-day operations and workplace requests to equipment and safety compliance Contribute to HR team initiatives on engagement, well-being, and inclusion Automate manual steps in recruitment and HR workflows, and contribute to the AI-powered tools the HR team builds The profile we are looking for: You want to learn fast, across every part of HR - recruiting, ops, people topics You're organized and reliable You're curious about how things work, with the drive to look for ways to improve them You're at ease with AI tools and quick to adopt new ones You're fluent in French and English At Madbox, we value the mindset and how you can fit with our culture by sharing common values and creating great games together.
