We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Junior HR Manager to support our human resources operations and employee experience. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, coordinating HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal HR processes
• Respond to employee questions and provide support on HR-related matters
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives
• Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and employee programs
• Support the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed
• Collaborate with managers and employees across different departments
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
• 0–3+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, people operations, administration, or a related field; internships included
• Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and people skills
• Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or HR management tools is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with distributed teams
• Fluent in English
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
