About Us

We are a leading online learning organisation supporting homeschooling families and educational institutions worldwide. As we grow, we're seeking a Junior CRM Administrator to join our Business Systems Team.


The Role

You'll support the day-to-day administration and improvement of our CRM platform (primarily HubSpot), working closely with the CRM Manager and Business Systems Team to keep our systems accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs. You'll provide first-line CRM support, help maintain data quality, and contribute to projects that improve how we support students, families, and partner schools. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain HubSpot: records, properties, workflows, forms, and reports
  • Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and quality assurance
  • Monitor data integrity and flag areas for improvement
  • Act as first point of contact for CRM support requests; troubleshoot and escalate as needed
  • Create and maintain user guidance and training materials
  • Support CRM enhancement projects, testing, and implementation activities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support documentation of best practices

Essential Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM
  • Background in an administrative, systems, CRM, or customer support role
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive personal data responsibly

Desirable skills

  • Experience working fully remote
  • Background in education, EdTech, or SaaS
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support queues
