Role Description The Junior Human Resources Consultant is a part-time, remote role supporting FCTV’s HR operations and employee experience. This position assists in implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting HR projects under the guidance of senior HR staff. Daily tasks include helping manage employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, responding to routine HR inquiries, and supporting employee relations initiatives. The consultant may also assist with compliance research related to labor and employment law, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements to ensure consistent, fair, and efficient HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management practices to support day-to-day HR operations.
- Understanding of HR Policies and procedures to help develop, implement, and maintain consistent HR guidelines.
- Experience or coursework in Employee Relations to support a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
- Basic familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to assist with compliance research and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with common office software and HR-related tools or systems; willingness to learn new platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience); prior internship or entry-level HR experience is a plus.
