This position is open to a hybrid work schedule. Candidate's must reside in Alaska to be considered for this role.
Pay Range: $26.96 - $40.96
- Assist in the design and development of training courses for various initiatives.
- Utilize Articulate 360 to create interactive and engaging online courses.
- Record and edit instructional videos to enhance the learning experience.
- Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of knowledge transfer and training outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to departmental standards throughout the instructional design process.
- Apply adult learning principles to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
- Craft visually appealing and engaging learning materials to enhance the overall learning experience.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administrative tasks, including content uploading and user management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in instructional design methodologies to continuously improve training programs.
- Provide support for ad-hoc training-related tasks and projects as needed.
- Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience on a learning & development (training) team.
- Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in using Articulate 360 for e-learning development.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and their application in instructional design.
- Basic project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and their administration.
- Continuous learning mindset and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design to create visually appealing and engaging learning experiences.
- Responsible for abiding and complying with the policy for compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws and regulations (BSA/AML) and the policy for compliance with office of foreign assets control laws and regulations (OFAC).
