Your main tasks will be: You will be responsible for analyzing, shaping and documenting changes to systems used in customer interactions, ensuring the quality of products offered to clients. You will contribute to the improvement of IT project management processes, supporting BITĖ’s IT strategy and the mission of the IT department.
