Business Analyst Apply Location: Baltic States Start Date: ASAP Seniority: Senior Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term fintech project focused on innovative payment solutions . You will play a key role in shaping requirements, aligning stakeholders, and driving the successful delivery of complex payment initiatives, acting as the central link between business, product, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into clear User Stories and acceptance criteria Own and maintain high-quality project documentation, including Confluence pages, user manuals, and functional specifications Ensure traceability between business requirements, User Stories, and delivered functionality Prepare process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation Support UAT, implementation, and knowledge transfer activities Proactively identify risks, documentation gaps, and open items, driving stakeholders to timely resolution Must-Have Requirements: Proven BA experience in the Payments and/or Fintech industry Experience delivering greenfield projects end to end. Strong knowledge of Open Banking and/or Payments domain Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience writing User Stories, functional specifications, and process documentation Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive clarity on open items Nice to Have: Understanding of ISO 20022 and XML-based messaging Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks) Knowledge of PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and AML 📩 Ready to Join?
