Impact & Purpose As part of a growing IT Operations team, you'll take ownership of real-time event monitoring, triage, and standardized task execution - the frontline work that keeps our environment running smoothly and our operations covered around the clock. Location We are looking for a Junior IT Operations Supporter (part-time ) based in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of working) . Role Summary The Junior IT Operations Supporter helps keep operations running smoothly by triaging events and handling standardized tasks. This position combines hands-on monitoring with adherence to defined, automated processes to ensure consistent, round-the-clock operations coverage. What You Will Do: Monitor incoming events and alerts in real time, triaging them according to defined priority and escalation criteria Execute standardized operational tasks following established procedures and runbooks Operate within highly automated workflows, recognizing when automated processes have resolved an issue versus when manual intervention or escalation is required Follow defined escalation paths and controls, ensuring issues are routed correctly and resolved within agreed timeframes Provide coverage as part of a 12-hour day shift rotation, working two consecutive shifts followed by four non-working days, alongside two other junior team members Document actions taken, and engage senior members in a timely manner What You Bring to The Team: Final year in university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Knowledge in SCCM, Intune, Jamf, or similar tools for managing and maintaining servers and end-user devices Fluent English Excellent communication and analytical skills How You Will Make a Difference: Persuasive and able to guide teams toward best practices.
