Game Operations Specialist

What You'll Do Plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete game releases and content updates across various environments. Manage and maintain game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters. Coordinate routine updates, patches, and hotfixes with minimal disruption to live environments. Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness and smooth debut execution. Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, resolving configuration and integration issues. Manage the scheduling, validation, and deployment of third-party and in-house content in line with release plans and market requirements. Monitor live operational processes and find opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality. Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Product, and other relevant teams to ensure release readiness and alignment on priorities. Act as a key coordination point for operational requests, customer concern management, and cross-functional communication. Maintain proactive communication with external partners, operators, and internal collaborators to support successful launches and timely issue resolution. Work with Game Operations team members and engineers to coordinate tasks and support delivery against the operational roadmap. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, or release coordination. Experience collaborating with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors is an advantage. Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and collaborators. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing problems. Capability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with high accuracy and accountability. Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and other operational systems is beneficial. Flexibility to support release windows and blocking issues when required.
