About the Role

Would you like to actively shape the future of Atlassian's collaboration tools and accompany our customers on their way to optimized and scalable Atlassian environments?

To develop and innovate solutions together while inspiring our customers, we are looking for someone who combines a genuine interest in technology with a structured and solution-oriented way of working.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in technology who enjoys learning, embraces new challenges, and is comfortable balancing different topics and priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

What You Will Do:

• You support our customers in optimizing and scaling their Atlassian environments and accompany them in the strategic orientation of their collaboration tools.
• Together with the customers, you analyse requirements, support the development of tailor-made solutions, and present them in workshops and technical concepts.
• You support the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Atlassian tools and ensure smooth support.
• As a contact person, you are available for technical and organizational questions and ensure that our customers' projects are successfully implemented.

What We Are Looking For:

• IT background: You have completed a university degree or training in the IT area and have a genuine interest in technology and digital solutions.
• Consulting mindset: You are willing to learn to advise customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions together with them.
• Structured way of working: You can organize your work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep track of several tasks and topics without losing sight of what is important.
• Language: You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
