If you're excited by the pace of digital commerce and want to accelerate your career in a high-impact commercial environment, this is the place to do it.

  • Range Planning: Contribute market-driven insights during internal presentations, helping to develop and implement impactful range plans aligned with the recommendations from the local Marketing Activation team.
  • Promotional Planning & Trade Execution: Prepare and manage promotional plans, product launches, and seasonal activations in collaboration with customers and internal teams. Take ownership of the promotional budget and drive top-tier in-store and online activations.
  • E-commerce Content & Visibility: Support the execution of digital shelf initiatives to enhance product visibility and customer experience. Help drive online growth by ensuring best-in-class product content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing, Customer Marketing and Finance, to ensure seamless communication and successful execution of customer plans.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop in-depth knowledge of online retailer and market dynamics in the toy industry. Lead annual account planning efforts, creating long-term strategies that align with our goals for profitable growth. Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market insights to support commercial decision-making.
