As part of our accountancy department, your days will be filled with a wide variety of impactful activities: Mentor & support your junior colleagues: you’ll guide talented young accounting professionals with your expertise and foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous growth and learning. Build strong personal client relationships: actively meet with clients and provide them with tailor-made, personal advice that takes their businesses to the next level. Here are some things we’re looking for in a Junior Manager Accountancy: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics 6-7 years of proven accounting experience with client management skills ITAA certification is a plus (we’ll support your journey) Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills; French is a plus Proactive, pragmatic team player with leadership potential Autonomous yet collaborative approach, managing complex projects while supporting colleagues What do we bring to the table?
