Description

HYDAC is a family-owned and operated business with a vibrant and rewarding working environment for our employees across the country. Our goal is to provide quality products, components and services that meet our customer expectations while being committed to the protection and preservation of our environment. HYDAC’s passionate team designs and manufactures a comprehensive line of innovative and reliable solutions optimized for any demand our customers require.

The Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator will be required to join our Customer Service organization and help keep the CRM engine that supports our customers running fast, clean, and smart. You'll work alongside our CRM System Administrator, learn from people who know the platform inside and out, and get real, hands-on ownership from day one. Work from our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania headquarters or from anywhere in the USA. Your call.

You will make an impact in this role by:

  • Administer user accounts, licenses, business units, teams, and security roles in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform admin center.
  • Configure entities, fields, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and business rules based on approved business requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor Power Automate flows and workflows that support business processes.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support; log, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM tickets within agreed timelines.
  • Perform data imports, exports, bulk updates, and duplicate detection to maintain accurate, reliable data.
  • Support solution management, including moving customizations between development, test, and production environments.
  • Participate in testing of Microsoft release waves, patches, and internal enhancements; document results and issues.
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, and storage, escalating issues to the CRM System Administrator as needed.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and user training materials.
  • Deliver user training and onboarding sessions for new and existing CRM users.
  • Support reporting needs using Dynamics 365 views and dashboards, and assist with Power BI reporting as required.
  • Follow company IT, security, and data governance policies in all system changes.

Key skills and attributes include:

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to champion for our Dynamics 365 users: set up accounts, manage security roles, and solve access issues quickly.
  • Build and fine-tune forms, views, fields, dashboards, and business rules that make everyday work easier.
  • Help automate the busywork with Power Automate flows and Power Platform tools.
  • Keep our data squeaky clean through imports, updates, de-duplication, and quality checks.
  • Troubleshoot tickets, find root causes, and turn fixes into repeatable solutions.
  • Test new releases and enhancements, and help roll them out smoothly to the team.
  • Create quick-reference guides and train users so they get the most out of the system.

What You Bring

  • A current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (for example PL-200, PL-900, MB-210 for Sales, or MB-220 for Marketing).
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or a similar CRM, including internships or project work.
  • A problem-solver's mindset and the patience to walk a user through a fix without jargon.
  • Solid organization, curiosity, and a genuine drive to keep learning.
  • Bonus points for Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse, or SQL experience.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Flexibility that fits your life: on-site in Bethlehem, PA or fully remote anywhere in the USA.
  • Real mentorship and a clear path to grow from junior admin into a senior CRM or Power Platform role.
  • Support for continued Microsoft learning and certifications.
  • A global company culture built on engineering excellence, teamwork, and doing things right.
