Are you a digital professional looking to take the next step in your career? Bliss Digital is seeking a motivated Junior–Midweight Digital Producer / QA Tester to join our award-winning team.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role combining digital project management with hands-on website quality assurance (QA) testing.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of digital experience who enjoys both coordinating projects and getting into the details of website testing. You'll work closely with our producers, designers and developers, gaining valuable experience across the entire website development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Digital Production & Project Management

• Assist in managing website projects from planning through to launch
• Coordinate tasks, timelines and deliverables
• Communicate with clients and provide project updates
• Track progress and help ensure projects are delivered on time

Quality Assurance (QA) Testing

• Conduct functional testing of websites and digital applications
• Test across browsers, mobile devices and screen sizes
• Identify, document and track bugs through to resolution
• Perform regression testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Check website usability, responsiveness and accessibility

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in digital production, project coordination, web development or QA testing
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with Jira, BugHerd or BrowserStack is advantageous
• Understanding of HTML, CSS or WCAG accessibility standards is a bonus
• Formal QA experience isn't essential. We're happy to help the right candidate develop their testing skills.

Salary / Renumeration

$60,000–$80,000 salary package, depending on experience
