As a Modern Work Consultant, you will help design and deliver training programs, workshops, and adoption activities that support users in embracing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot. You’ll translate product capabilities into real-life scenarios, work closely with business and IT teams, and contribute to successful, measurable adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Help develop enablement plans, adoption roadmaps, and learning frameworks tailored to business needs.
• Translate technical features into easy-to-understand, role‑based scenarios and user-friendly documentation.
• Conduct user sessions, demos, and onboarding activities in collaboration with senior team members.
• Work with IT, HR, change management, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and user engagement.
• Contribute to guides, learning assets, and digital materials that promote long-term usage.

What we need to see from you

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or with delivering training, workshops, or enablement activities related to Microsoft 365.
• Some background in user training, onboarding, or adoption programs for Microsoft technologies (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
• Understanding Microsoft 365 tools and typical productivity scenarios in modern workplaces.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, user-friendly way.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders or supporting technology adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Polish is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Ability to manage multiple learning or adoption activities at the same time.
• Experience preparing structured learning materials or digital adoption content.
