ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Junior Multimedia Designer to to join our Creative team. The Junior Multimedia Designer  will work collaboratively with the Creative team and stakeholders to develop internal and external multimedia projects from concept to completion and contribute to the company's marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating a wide range of multimedia content. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The Junior Multimedia Designer shall perform duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following: Visual Design : Designing posters (both print and digital), banners, web graphics, social media posts, merchandise and other marketing materials. Video Production : Producing high-quality videos for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media content, and internal communications. Trend Awareness : Staying up-to-date with the latest multimedia trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure content is current and effective Other duties as may be assigned. REQUIREMENTS Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or a related creative field Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects). Working knowledge of print production requirements and digital file formats (e.g., print-ready PDFs, social media specs) Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines consistently. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proactive in staying current with design trends, tools, and platform updates. Hybrid work arrangement Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
