Multimedia Designer - E-learning

Avaloq Academy, the technical education department of Avaloq, is responsible for creating educational materials and training Avaloq professionals worldwide. As a Multimedia Designer (E-learning), you will contribute to the team's success by producing high-quality graphics, e-learning materials, and interactive content. You will collaborate with teammates across various locations (Zurich, Edinburgh, Pune) and work closely with Academy instructors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop e-learning courses. Your key tasks Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and imagery that align with Avaloq and Avaloq Academy standards. Transform scripts into storyboards that effectively represent the content. Edit and animate visual assets to create engaging e-learning videos. Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback on teammates' outputs. Create interactive learning content, including interactive theory and software simulation demos. Set up and manage e-learning materials and courses in our learning management system. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on various tasks and projects as needed. Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in multimedia design, preferably in an e-learning or educational context. Proficiency in the following multimedia design software (or equivalent): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft PowerPoint Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design projects. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills.
