Junior .NET Developer

About the role: We are seeking a .NET Developer to join our growing Software Development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative client projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and stay at the forefront of the latest Microsoft technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies. You will be working within agile, cross-functional teams to build innovative applications for our clients. About you: You will have at least 4 years' experience in software design and development, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies. You'll ideally have experience building enterprise-scale solutions using technologies such as C# .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Angular and Azure. You will demonstrate: Strong object-oriented design, modelling and development skills Experience working across the full software development lifecycle using DevOps practices Excellent communication skills and fluency in English The ability to contribute to estimation activities, identify risks and escalate issues where appropriate The following would be considered an advantage: Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript, Angular (8+), HTML and CSS Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services Experience in client-facing environments Strong troubleshooting, performance optimisation and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile delivery environments, particularly on large-scale projects Why you will enjoy working at BearingPoint Ireland?
