Intro
Making healthy eating effortless – with plant-based, chef-crafted meals that deliver maximum nutrition, flavor, and convenience. At every., we help people reach their health goals while protecting the planet. Our vision goes beyond quick fixes – it's about sustainable wellbeing.
For our Upstream Operations team, we are looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator (m/f/d). You'll own our replenishment operations, making sure our fulfillment centers have the products and materials they need to pack and ship our boxes.
Your responsibilities
You own the day-to-day replenishment of products and packaging materials across our fulfillment center network.
You place and track replenishment orders with suppliers and co-packers, and follow up on delivery dates, quantities and discrepancies.
You monitor stock levels and coverage against our demand plan, and act on stock-out or overstock risks early.
You keep our inventory data clean by reconciling system stock against what's physically in the warehouses.
You coordinate daily with fulfillment centers, 3PL partners and suppliers, and work closely with our Procurement, Fulfillment, Quality, Product and Customer Care teams.
You contribute to the demand planning and forecasting cycle with analysis, reporting and your view from the ground.
You improve how we work – better trackers, cleaner processes, fewer manual steps – so replenishment can scale as our volumes and SKU count grow.
What you bring
You have hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, replenishment or inventory management – ideally in an e-commerce startup or scale-up.
You have strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and are confident working with numbers. SQL is a plus.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented and reliable way – in replenishment, small mistakes become empty shelves.
You communicate proactively, own your area without close supervision, and handle shifting priorities calmly.
You speak fluent English and German at B2 level or above, for day-to-day contact with German suppliers, carriers and warehouses.
Experience working with suppliers, co-packers, warehouses or 3PLs is a strong plus – ideally including vendor management and negotiating terms such as prices, delivery dates or minimum order quantities.
