We partner with businesses that are focused on improving customer acquisition and driving sustainable growth. Our portfolio includes both B2B and B2C businesses. Across the Emmington portfolio, we own, invest in, and consult for a range of businesses. While our level of involvement may vary, all companies we work with meet the same core criteria: they are growth-focused, performance-driven, and committed to scaling effectively. You'll be employed by Emmington and work directly with our Chief Growth Officer, helping him develop ad ideas, strategies, and scripts across the portfolio. Who this is for You like ads. You like creative videos. You're fascinated by the psychology of what makes someone stop scrolling and actually buy. Maybe you've run a few campaigns yourself, worked at an agency, studied marketing, or just spent a lot of time studying ads in the wild. And you want to go deeper — and this is your way in. What you'll actually do You'll work directly with our Chief Growth Officer to help shape what gets made and what goes live across our portfolio. The day-to-day breaks down into three things: 1. Ideas and strategy. Sit alongside the CGO as he develops new ad concepts, angles, and tests. You're a sounding board, a researcher, and a second pair of eyes on what's working in the wild. 2. Scriptwriting. Once an idea is locked, you turn it into scripts — using AI tools (Claude) directed by clear briefs and proven frameworks. Those scripts go to our production company to be filmed. 3. Trimming and recutting. When the production company delivers finished master ads, you cut them down into different variations, ready to go live. We'll train you on the tool. The goal: make the most of every piece of creative we produce, across every business in the portfolio. Who you are: Genuinely interested in ads. You can talk about an ad you've seen recently and explain why it works. Some marketing or ads exposure. Doesn't have to be much — a junior agency role, freelance campaigns, university marketing, or your own side project all count. Fluent written English. Native-level or close to it. You'll be writing copies that go live. AI-fluent. You've used ChatGPT or Claude seriously enough to get good output, not generic slop. Reliable and self-driven. You hit deadlines without being chased and don't need to be told what to do every day. No video editing experience needed. We'll train you on Veed.io . What We Offer Full-time, permanent.
