We're looking for a Junior Paid Media & Marketing Automation Specialist to join a growing digital marketing agency and support the execution, optimization, and analysis of performance campaigns.

What you'll do:

✅ Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns

✅ Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

✅ Execute Email Marketing campaigns

✅ Build and optimize marketing automations

✅ Segment databases and audiences

✅ Analyze campaign performance and KPIs

✅ Create reports and provide actionable insights

✅ Identify opportunities for campaign improvements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Agency experience
• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience
• Marketing Automation experience
• Email Marketing experience
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Experience creating automation workflows
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive mindset

Nice to Have:

• AI tools for productivity
