Are you a visual storyteller who loves turning complex ideas into clean, engaging designs?
Presentation Studio exists to create impact and add value to presentations. As the APAC leaders in dedicated presentation services, we partner with top-tier brands and executive leaders to deliver high-stakes visual communication.
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Junior Presentation Designer to join our collaborative creative team. Working alongside experienced Creative Leads, you will bring initial design concepts to life across client pitches, executive reports, and bespoke event decks.
What You Will Do
- Execute and Roll Out Creative: Translate creative concepts established by Creative Leads into polished, on-brand presentation decks and reports primarily built in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Maintain Visual Consistency: Ensure every slide meets our high benchmark for typography, layout, consistency, and visual polish before delivery.
- Collaborate Across Projects: Work closely with our Creative Leads, Studio Manager, and Solutions Team to deliver work accurately, on brief, and within allocated timeframes.
- Manage Quality & Amends: Review your own layouts meticulously to keep internal amendment cycles low and output accuracy high.
- Inspire and Learn: Share creative inspiration with the broader studio, contribute to design discussions, and actively develop your skills through internal training and mentorship.
What We Are Looking For
- Design Background: A completed qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
- Software Fluency: Proven experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, alongside solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects). Keynote experience is a welcome bonus.
- Agency or Studio Exposure: Previous experience in a fast-paced agency, studio, or corporate design setting is highly regarded.
- Keen Eye for Detail: You spot alignment slips, font inconsistencies, and awkward line breaks instantly.
- Strong Communication & Drive: A positive, proactive team mindset with the organisation to manage daily deadlines and timesheets efficiently.
- Adaptability: A flexible attitude during peak production sprints or major client events, including occasional on-site support when required.
Why Join Presentation Studio?
- Specialised Craft: Master the in-demand niche of executive visual communication and high-impact presentation design.
- Mentorship & Growth: Clear pathways for professional development, bi-annual reviews, and structured career progression guided by senior creative leaders.
- Vibrant Culture: Join an energetic team that celebrates wins, participates in regular team activities, and prioritises a supportive studio environment.
- Autonomy: This is a predominantly a remote role, with occasional team face-to-face catch ups and no micro management. Deliver the job, communicate effectively and you'll have ownership of your time.
