About the Role

Join Hiredbuddy as a Junior Product Manager and help shape the future of AI model training. You'll work remotely to coordinate data annotation projects, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality training data. Perfect for entry-level professionals eager to grow in AI and product management.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation and documentation of product requirements for AI training tasks, including prompt crafting, response evaluation, and data annotation guidelines.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data collection and labeling initiatives, ensuring timelines and quality targets are met.
• Monitoring project performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and generating reports for stakeholders.
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new contributors on platform tools and best practices.
• Identifying bottlenecks in workflows and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to test new features, provide feedback, and prioritize bug fixes.
• Acting as a liaison between contributors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and data labeling.
