Junior Project Manager

The role
We are currently supporting a major financial services provider through a period of organizational change and structural realignment. The Junior Project Manager role exists to coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of this engagement, ensuring that our consulting team stays organized while we navigate the intricacies of European governance and financial regulations. This is a fully remote position that requires a high level of organization and a commitment to clear, written communication. You will be responsible for keeping the project moving according to plan while our senior consultants focus on high-level analysis and client facilitation.

What you will do

• Maintain project timelines and tracking documents for our engagement with the financial services provider.
• Draft detailed meeting minutes and summary reports that highlight key decisions and open questions for our internal team.
• Organize internal documentation folders to ensure all team members have immediate access to the latest client data and structural analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of evidence-backed reports and presentations for executive committees.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively notify senior consultants of potential scheduling conflicts or upcoming deadlines.
• Conduct basic research into organizational structures and regulatory requirements relevant to the financial sector.
• Help manage the flow of information between different workstreams within the consulting team to ensure consistency in our findings.
• Support the coordination of remote interviews and workshops with client leadership and various internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for
