Website Project Manager (Remote | South Africa) - 3 month contract

We are looking for a Website Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of website projects built on the HubSpot CMS. You will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders. 🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on: Scheduling & Budgeting: Build comprehensive project plans, allocate resources with Resource Managers, and manage budgets to prevent under- or over-servicing. Project Administration & Tracking: Maintain documentation (Risk Logs, Change Logs, Progress Reports) and proactively monitor deliverables to keep projects on scope and contract. Stakeholder & Risk Management: Lead client and internal meetings, manage deadlines, resolve technical/operational roadblocks, and mitigate project risks. Quality & Communication: Maintain clear progress reporting, ensure timely communications, and drive continuous improvement. 🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Senior-level project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or software development environment handling digital marketing and web projects. Formal training or proficiency in Project Management Methodologies. Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Teamleader, TeamGantt) and Google Workspace. Experience with HubSpot/CRMs, IT, or complex web builds. ⚡️ These personal qualities are key to your success: Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
