Show job description

A digital product is only as good as the day it goes live with a real partner. In this role, that day is your job.

You'll join Appunite and work embedded with one of our clients — the tech unit of a major European parcel logistics group, building logistics and eCommerce products. You'll lead the technical integrations that take those products from "built" to "used" — across markets, across the group's corporate organization, and across external partners with their own systems, priorities and timelines.

You'll sit right where product, tech and operations meet. Most days that means turning a messy set of technical requirements into a plan people can actually follow, then keeping that plan alive when reality pushes back.

And it doesn't end at go-live: you'll stay close to customers after the integration, checking how they use the product and feeding what you learn back to the team.

The client operates somewhere between a corporation and a startup: the reach of a large logistics group, with project teams that own business results and set their own direction. You get that environment day to day, with Appunite behind you — our people, our practices, and a team that has your back outside the client's org chart.

If you've done 2+ years of integration, implementation or technical PM work and want more ownership of the whole rollout, this is a solid next step.

What we offer

  • Salary: 9 000 - 13 000 PLN NET/B2B depending on your experience

  • You're an Appuniter, working day to day inside the client's product team

  • Hybrid setup, with the client's office in Berlin

  • Transparent, async-first, documentation-driven organization

  • AI-native work environment

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years in B2B integration, implementation, technical project management or customer success — you've seen a rollout through from kickoff to a customer actually using the thing.

  • You've juggled several projects at once and kept them moving — you know how to break a tangled problem into steps and decide what goes first.

  • You've worked with people across teams and cultures who don't report to you, and still got the work done.

  • You understand how APIs, system architecture or digital platforms fit together well enough to hold a meaningful conversation with engineers - you don't need to write the code.

  • Business-level English, written and spoken.

  • You're open to travelling within the EU (around 10% of your time).

Responsibilities

  • Run international integration projects end to end, coordinating the client's internal teams, units across the wider group and external partners.

  • Translate technical requirements into clear deliverables and timelines the tech teams can commit to.

  • Stay with customers after go-live — analyse how they use the product, run feedback loops and advise them on getting more out of it.

  • Spot gaps in the integration process and close them with better documentation, tooling or automation, so the next rollout is easier than the last.

  • Build working relationships with stakeholders on both sides of every integration.

  • Report on integration progress and outcomes to the team and leadership — what's on track, what's blocked, and what you're doing about it.

Our recruitment process

  1. Pre-screening survey + call with People Team

  2. Case study (take-home)

  3. Interview with Hiring Manager
