Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Organisational Development & Governance, Project Management team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Junior Project Manager International Projects. We support international projects using established standards, governance processes and the central Planisware application. In doing so, we work closely with international teams and stakeholders.
You can look forward to
- Support interdisciplinary, international teams in the planning, management and monitoring of projects
- Take responsibility for your own work packages within larger projects and continuously develop your expertise
- Assist experienced project managers in managing deliverables, deadlines and budgets
- Manage the central Planisware application and support users in their day-to-day work
- Produce status reports, presentations and relevant documentation
- Contribute to the further development of project management standards and engage with an international PM community
You come equipped with
- A completed Master’s degree in a business-related subject or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in project management, a PMO or a comparable project environment, ideally in an international context
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Planisware, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable solutions
- Business-fluent English and conversational German
- Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for IT, as well as a structured approach to work that enables you to understand complex interrelationships, familiarise yourself quickly with new topics and collaborate with various stakeholders in a solution-oriented manner
