The role of Junior Prompt Engineer exists to support our work with a leading South African financial services provider. This client faces significant operational friction as they integrate automated systems into their traditional governance structures. You will be responsible for refining the way our internal tools and the client's systems interact, ensuring that the outputs are accurate, professional, and compliant with strict financial regulations. What You Will Do

• Develop and test text-based instructions for large language models to improve the quality of automated financial reports.
• Review generated summaries of complex documents to ensure they meet our standards for precision and factual accuracy.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to translate business requirements into specific instructions for technical tools.
• Maintain a detailed log of prompt variations and their outcomes to help identify the most reliable approaches.
• Assist in creating written documentation that explains how technical outputs fit into the client's existing decision-making processes.
• Monitor common errors in model responses and suggest logic adjustments to reduce operational friction.
• Contribute to the development of internal templates that help our consultants process client data more efficiently.
