Role Description The Junior Property Specialist – Megaworld at The Fort is a full-time hybrid role based in Taguig, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home tasks. The role involves assisting prospective buyers and tenants in understanding available residential properties within Megaworld at The Fort, including presenting project features, pricing, and payment options. Day-to-day activities include conducting property tours, coordinating with internal teams on listings and inventory, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions. The Junior Property Specialist also supports sales activities by preparing proposals, participating in events or open houses, and following up with clients to build long-term relationships. The role requires consistent collaboration with colleagues, adherence to company policies, and active contribution to achieving sales targets while providing a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations and professional written correspondence.
- Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and handle concerns effectively.
- Knowledge or interest in Residential Real Estate, with the ability to learn project details and housing market trends.
- Exposure to or willingness to develop skills in Commercial Real Estate, particularly in mixed-use and township developments.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, basic negotiation, and follow-through to close transactions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig, manage time well, and coordinate both on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Preferably a graduate of Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional, gender-neutral, and inclusive approach when working with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, property consulting, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not strictly required for motivated entry-level candidates.
