The Role

Reporting into the QA Lead, you will work as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary Digital & Development team, supporting the delivery of high-quality web experiences across a range of online products.

You will be responsible for designing and executing effective testing strategies, identifying risks, improving quality processes and working closely with developers, product teams and wider stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a QA professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving digital environment and wants to have a real impact on the quality of customer-facing technology.

What We're looking for:

You will be a proactive and analytical IT professional who enjoys solving problems and improving digital experiences.

You’ll have:

• Either an IT degree, have completed an IT Bootcamp, or someone that has recently cross-trained into Technology and is looking to secure their first role.
• Potentially a Junior QA engineer

• Testing REST APIs
• Accessibility testing and digital inclusion standards
• Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Version control tools such as Git
• Test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver or similar
• Identifying opportunities where automation can improve quality and efficiency
• Taking ownership of products, features or technical areas
